ABOUT THE PEPTHYM X THYMUS BRAND

Pepthym X Thymus - bogaty w wyciąg z grasicy i witaminę CWhat is Pepthym X Thymus?

Pepthym X Thymus is a modern diet supplement, rich in thymus extract and vitamin C.

The thymus is a gland which supportsthe natural functioning of the immune system, and regenerates and rejuvenates cells. It is often called the main organ of the immune system, because it is where the white blood cells mature, which are responsible for stimulating and producing antibodies that destroy sick cells, including cancerous cells.

The thymus begins to grow at the embryo stage, and continues until we are 2 or 3 years old. The gland then weights around 40 grams and maintains that weight throughout the period of maturation. Later it gradually disappears and its activity decreases, which complicates the work of the immune system.

THYMUS, IMMUNITY, THYMOTHERAPY

The beginnings ofthymotherapy, the use of thymus-based preparations to reinforce the body’s immunological capabilities, date back to the 1960s. The word thymus comes from the Greek word for “soul”, which the ancient Greeks believed resided in this gland.

The most advanced research into thymotherapy is currently being conducted in Germany, Poland, Italy, Hungary and Israel. Polish scientists working on thymus preparations include outstanding specialists with recognisable names, including Professors:Turowski, Czapliński, Dąbrowski, Skotnicki, Mazur. One of the greatest pioneers in this field was the famous Kraków doctor, Prof. Julian Aleksandrowicz.

The positive effects of thymotherapy have been documented in the case of many conditions. Among them are: congenital or acquired immunodeficiency, recurring or chronic infections of the upper respiratory tract in children and adults, atopic and infectious asthma, recurring cold sores, zoster, mouth ulcers, psoriasis, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, multiple sclerosis, hepatitis B in children and adults, rheumatoid arthritis, spontaneous and drug-induced hypoplasia of the marrow, steroid-dependent nephrosis.. Specialists point to the significant role played by thymotherapy in the treatment of diseases of the nervous system – it assists repair of nerve tissues and has a beneficial effect on the balance of the brain and of the body as a whole.
